Sports Awards Celebration: The 3rd season sports awards celebration is next Thursday from 5-6:30 in the MPR. All outstanding uniforms must be returned asap!
University Night: Juniors (rising Seniors) and Parents, as we come to the end of another exciting school year at ISK and you start to think about being a senior, the big question in the back of everyone’s mind is, “where I am going to apply for college/university next year”. There will be an informational meeting for current junior parents/guardians and students graduating in 2014 on Tuesday Night, 21st of May 2013 @ 5:30 PM to familiarize you with the process of applying to colleges/universities. A manual outlining the process and other helpful resources will be provided during the session.
BLOCK C 10TH GRADE PE: The bus leaves from the HS lot at 11:15 Monday May 20th. Remember to bring your packed lunch and the correct clothing/shoes for the driving range.

Can't decide between being an artist and a diplomat? Well, join the MUN members on Monday 20 May at 3:30 in Ms Nichol's room and find out how to do both! Lynette Poulton, US Embassy Permanent Representative to the UN, will speak on "The ART of Multilateral Negotiations." Please RSVP to Ms Nichols or Mr Marshall so we can plan for adequate seating.
The MUN is seeking to support a nearby orphanage with food donations: The orphanage is struggling to feed its residence and needs emergency supplies of rice, ugali, lentils, and other non-perishable foodstuffs. We will be collecting donations in Ms Nichol's room. We will also be collecting donations at the Community Flea Market on 25 May.
DRAMA PERFORMANCES NEXT WEEK: The Level 1 Drama students will be performing their exam scenes and plays next Thursday, May 23, in the HS Drama Room from 3:30-4:50. Everyone is welcome to attend and support these 1st year Drama students in front of an audience for the 1st time. All you Level 1 Drama Alumni know what we're talking about. There'll be old favorites and some new scenes too.
