AX Developer
AXmentor is looking for more AX Developers for our Southern CA offices. You will work with a proven team of senior consultants to deliver advanced Dynamics AX solutions and support to some of the biggest Dynamics AX clients in the US. Our customers run AX2012, AX2009 and AX4. We perform much of our work remotely and are flexible with travel. We anticipate the travel will be around 25% and will adjust with project needs (sometimes more travel, sometimes less). Applicants should be able to manage a dynamic work load and have experience supporting customers directly.
Axmentor is interested in candidates with Microsoft Partner Channel experience as well as experienced candidates coming from an end customer position. Applicants need to be authorized to work in the US and currently living in the Southern CA area.
Required Skills
Proven development experience in X++, .Net and SQL Server (3-5 years)
Knowledge of Dynamics AX standard application and extending SSRS reports, Enterprise Portal and BI applications (3-5 years)
Experience testing and debugging in the Dynamics AX AOT
Experience applying hot fixes and service packs to Dynamics AX
Experience with SQL Server indexes, database normalization, and queries
Experience with SQL Server reporting
Experience with requirement gathering and gap/fit analyses in custom AX application design
Experience with Dynamics AX 2009 and/or 2012
Other requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Drive to deliver high quality, consistent results
Excellent communications skills (presenting to and supporting customers)
Self-motivated
