Bluepoint Solutions is
currently recruiting for two entry level Software Sales Executives based in the
western U.S.  As the leader in our
market, we are looking for high energy entry level sales executives that can
help drive growth in this entrepreneurial and innovative fast paced company.

Responsible for
generating leads and driving new sales bookings for Bluepoint Solutions through
direct sales of Content Management, Check 21 Remote Deposit Capture, and
back-office item processing software solutions.

This entry level position
carries a sales quota and requires significant travel within the territory,
solid communication, presentation, relationship-building, organizational and
problem solving skills.  Prior direct
sales experience of either Content Management or Item Processing solutions in
the Community Bank and/or Credit Union market is a plus, However candidates
with prior system or data processing sales positions will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Lead generation and
driving sales for Bluepoint Solutions by the direct sales of Bluepoint
Solutions products to financial institutions within designated territory or
within accounts as assigned by manager.

Formulation of strategies,
tactics and account plans, under the direction of management, necessary to
develop the leads and relationships within his or her assigned accounts to
attain his or her sales quota and gather information about potential customers.

Prompt follow-up on
leads

Ability to travel to
client sites, present sales materials and conduct product demonstrations to
potential clients.

Sales Executive will
manage the effective and rapid movement of leads through sales process,
including qualification of prospects; assessment of potential client needs;
presentment of Bluepoint Solutions’ solutions; and expeditious closing of
business.

Daily maintenance of
prompt and accurate sales pipeline forecasting as represented in the SFA tools
and applications provided by management.

Requirements:

Four Year College Degree

Knowledge of content management and/or item processing
solutions is a plus.

Familiarity with software or system sales.

Experience working or selling to the financial service
industry is a plus.

Sales experience – Two years proven software solution
sales experience.  W-2 forms showing income earned from sales may be
required.

Understanding of sales cycles and processes,
development and qualification of the business need, identification of
target clients, positioning of product and customer solutions.

Experience using sales force automation software
required.

Strong, professional communication and presentation
skills as well as ability to maintain strong working relationships with
coworkers and potential clients.

References from both prior customers and sales
management.
