**Responsibilities:**

The Marketing Specialist (Project Manager) role is KEY in managing Creative Services for all IRM inbound and outbound Marketing initiatives. The Marketing Services Specialist is responsible for effective, optimized production and execution of marketing programs and assets resulting in faster time to market of and increased results from programs/assets. Working closely with other marketing functions and leveraging marketing technology and vendor partners, you will focus on executing the identified strategies, plans and tactics in compliance with standard processes and brand protocols, applying best-practice implementation methods to maximize the company’s investment in marketing, and generating applicable standard and ad hoc reports.

**The Marketing Services Specialist is measured on:**

* Marketing programs contribution to pipeline and revenue

* Speed to market of programs and assets

* Contributions to marketing execution factory: establishing and implementing standard processes; leveraging marketing best practices; adherence to established processes and quality benchmarks; optimizing spend and campaigns – this includes nurturing programs, demand acceleration and demand creation, Inbound campaigns, and outbound perception campaigns

* Effective management of project budgets and on-schedule delivery (SLAs)

* Managing creative services, resourcing and job management

* Creative Project management for Email, Web, and Print Marketing initiatives

* Creative problem solving

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Execute identified marketing strategies, plans and tactics leveraging technology/systems including Meta Communications, Widen, Savo, and SalesForce collaborating with other marketing teams to: facilitate creative concept development and review; manage projects and programs to delivery; and ensure accurate, timely processing of lists and leads. Deliverables and programs include list development, email and direct mail campaigns, online and face-to-face events logistics, nurture campaigns, plus assets such as collateral, sales tools, offers and giveaways.
* Establish and/or leverage standard processes and brand protocols, research, advocate for and apply best-practice implementation methods
* Utilize and/or manage third-party vendor partners
* Create and generate both standard and ad hoc reports to monitor performance; manage, reconcile and report on budgets
* Assume responsibility for special projects and/or specific areas of expertise such as vendor identification and recommendation, media buying, online programs, market segments, workflows, processes or tools/technology

**Qualifications:**

**Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business or other related field, with marketing, advertising or communications preferred
* 3-5 or more years of marketing experience, including background in marketing services, programs, marketing communications, database marketing or related role executing interactive, direct marketing, media with an understanding of processes, systems and procedures in functional/subject area planning/buying, social media, or agency services; B2B marketing experience preferred
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in large, complex organizational structures with rapidly changing requirements and shifting priorities.
* Analytical capabilities
* Ability to manage internal and agency relationships to meet and exceed timing and budget goals.
* Proven project management skills with an understanding of workflow systems
