**Responsibilities:**

**Job Summary**: Key territory resource for project management. Ensures that support is aligned with projects that advance territory strategies and business plans. Acts as central lead for support of territory programs and projects. Leads or coordinates rollout of key business actions related to territory operations and territory employee requirements. Provides territory support for high-profile events, key meetings, operational initiatives, and projects with the potential to impact territory results. Serves as linchpin for territory support actions that require participation of multiple stakeholders. Provides supervisory and leadership guidance to Business Support Specialists for assigned territory, including overseeing the day to day and tactical execution of the group.

**Territory Leadership Support**- Understands territory strategies and business plans, and ensures that support is aligned with projects that advance these plans. Acts as central lead for support of territory programs and projects, many of which require synchronization with other Iron Mountain groups. Provides territory support and framework for business-critical projects and events, key meetings, operational initiatives, and territory actions that have the potential to impact territory results. Proactively recognizes needs, identifies required resources, assembles plans, and drives to completion, often within aggressive timelines and high complexity. Partners with Territory Financial Manager (TFM) and Territory General Manager (TGM), in maintaining structure of key meetings, agenda planning, active meeting support (documentation, assignments, and facilitation of identified deliverables).

**Territory Program/Event Rollout**- Coordinates rollout of key business actions related to territory operations and territory employee requirements, often within aggressive timelines. Coordinates with the Business office and other groups that need to enter the territory for complex rollouts requiring coordination. Oversees Moving Mountains Committee, and employee events coordination. Drives District Managers (DM) to compliance on audit requirements, training, etc. Serves as a watchdog for compliance items like Kronos, compliance training, audit, etc. In addition, this role should coordinate and participate on all safety boards.

**Oversight of OEP Reporting**– Conducts territory oversight of OEP reporting -may advise TGM if market requires support.

**Collaboration with Stakeholder Partners**- Serves as linchpin for territory support groups. Collaborates with HR Business Partners (HRBP) on labor reporting and organizational resource exercises such as R4. Appropriately delegates other administrative tasks to BSS. May provide support for local acquisitions and PUMVs or may work with TGM to coordinate support within the territory. Works with Territory Financial Manager on forecasting and strategic activities for department, as directed.

**Billing Issues**– Coordinates resolution of billing issues, working with centralized team as necessary.

**Leadership of Business Support Specialists Team**– Provides supervision and guidance to Business Support Specialists for territory. Selects, trains, motivates, and evaluates Business Support personnel. Charged with overseeing the day to day and tactical execution of the group. Assigns BSS support as needed which may include support for the Territory Financial Manager on any special projects

**Qualifications:**

* Successful performance in this role will require contemporary knowledge pertinent to federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes surrounding financial reporting. In addition, knowledge of accounting and financial systems such as those used by Oracle or other business reporting and consolidation databases is critically important. Finally, the ability to understand, analyze and organize complex financial data and trends.
* At least 4 years of external expertise related to financial processing, financial analytics and administration at a leadership level. Internal experience relative to Iron Mountain including Operations (via the use and understanding of SKP+) is strongly preferred.
* The role has full management responsibility for a team (hiring, firing, performance appraisals,\coaching, budget), seen through the daily supervision of the Business Support Analysts (direct) and
Business Support Specialists (indirect).
* The job requires the ability to make judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
* Total travel: 10%.
* Local travel (Depending on District): 10%.
* Overnight travel: 2%.
* Education/Experience: 4 years college degree/4 – 7 years.
