There has been some opinionated debate in recent months as to which legal prohormone product is the strongest of the bunch. With well over a dozen commonly used prohormone products on the market today, only 3 of these can potentially lay claim to the title of world’s strongest legal prohormone . While personal response will no doubt play a role in how one chooses to rank these drugs, all three of them are unquestionably among the most potent oral steroids to have ever been mass produced, rivaling or exceeding even the most powerful prescription steroids.
This probably sounds hard to believe, so I can understand the initial hesitation in accepting such a claim, but you don’t have to take my word for it. Rather, we can refer to an extensive body of clinical research in combination with anecdotal evidence, both of which have and continue to bear out this claim in the real-world. The steroids I am referring to go by the names of Dymethazine, Methylstenbolone, and 1-Alpha, each of which have been proven more than capable of eliciting large gains in mass & strength over a short period of time.
Gains of 12-20 lbs in just 4 weeks are common when using these drugs, placing them on par with steroids like Dianabol and Anadrol. However, weight gains only tell part of the story. In order to accurately assess a steroid’s muscle building potency, it must be compared against other steroids on a mg per mg basis. Using Anadrol & Dianabol as an example, real-world experience has repeatedly demonstrated that it takes roughly 50-150 mg of Anadrol daily to produce the type of gains mentioned above, while Dianabol would likely need to be used at around 50 mg daily. In comparison, steroids like methylstenbolone, dimethazine, and 1-Alpha provide these same type of gains at only 20-40 mg daily, making them the more potent growth.
Real-world experiences like these now number in the 10,000’s, but in case you have been hiding under a rock for the last 7-8 years, perhaps the following clinical research will be enough to sway you. Decades ago Dimethazine was used as a prescription drug in both Italy and Mexico, which necessitated the in depth examination of this compound in human beings. In order to determine how Dimethazine ranked as an anabolic, it was compared directly against other steroids for myotropic potency (muscle growth). The steroids selected for comparison should be familiar to any steroid using BB’r–testosterone propionate, Winstrol, methyltestosterone, and Anadrol. The results of this study confirm what BB’rs today know through experience—that dimethazine is the superior muscle builder, beating out not only weaker steroids such as Winstrol, but even the big players like testosterone and Anadrol. With Anadrol being considered the most potent oral mass-builder for decades (by virtue of the fact that these other steroids were not available), these findings are impressive, to say the least.
While methylstenbolone was never a prescription drug and therefore was not exposed to the same type of rigorous testing as Dimethazine, it was still explored for anabolic activity and the results documented. In 1966, the heyday of U.S. steroid research, Searle Laboratories conducted a series of tests on various AAS, which included methylstenbolone. In one particular study methylstenbolone was evaluated for anabolic potency along with several other well known steroids, such as methyltestosterone, 1-methyltestosterone (M1T), and desoxymethyltestosterone (Pheraplex). Methylstenbolone’s anabolic rating came in at a whopping 660!
This is tremendous, but we all know anabolic ratings can be deceptive in terms of real-world results (e.g. Anavar). Fortunately, we are not left to wonder how this steroid stacks up against its peers, as the researcher’s themselves stated that…“Even the least active compound in Table 6 (which includes methylstenbolone) possessed a higher relative myotropic potency than previously has been obtained with several clinically interesting compounds, which have been studied under identical conditions, i.e. Oxymetholone (Anadrol), Oxandrolone (Anavar), Stanozolol (Winstrol), and Methandrostenolone (Dianabol).” In other words, methylstenbolone was proven to be better at building muscle tissue than Anadrol, Dianabol, Winstrol, and Anavar.
What does this tell us so far? It tells us that two of the steroids contained in Super DMZ 3.0 (dimethazine & methylstenbolone) are indisputably stronger than even the strongest traditional oral steroids, including Anadrol and Dianabol! If that doesn’t bring a smile to the faces of steroid users everywhere, I don’t know what will. Remember, this is not my opinion. These are the thorough conclusions of multi-billion dollar U.S. pharmaceutical companies. If you want to argue with them, be my guest.

As most of you know, some steroids are capable of converting to other active metabolites once inside the body. For example, testosterone converts to both dihydrotestosterone and estrogen. This conversion process can either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what the steroid converts to. In the case of 1-alpha, it converts to the most powerful muscle building steroid EVER produced—methyl-1-testosterone, or M1T, for short. With a conversion rate of roughly 10%, M1T should contribute to a substantial portion of the overall gains obtained with 1-Alpha.
Now, all of this sounds great, but if the product does not contain effective dosages of these steroids, then all this is irrelevant. In an effort to reduce costs, it is not uncommon to see some companies go down this road, but fortunately, IML has never been one to cut corners and has consistently offered up some of the highest dosed products available.
