In addition, 8×8 will showcase new enhancements to Virtual Office, delivering continuous communications and immersive collaboration experiences on mobile and desktop.
Actiance (booth 103) will showcase Alcatraz, its cloud-based archive that preserves context across 70+ communication channels for smarter search, hold, and review.

ConnectSolutions (booth 1442) announces a survey that shows most employees recognize the value of video as a collaboration tool in the workplace, but few initiate. Comfort level is high, but old habits and perceptions limit imagination for more innovative use cases. Conclusion: careful thought and training must be initiated at the management level.
