The Q&A books follow board-exam format, with a clinical scenario—including relevant history, labs, etc., where warranted—followed by a posed question with four or five options for a single best answer.

The separate Answers book shows the correct answer, along with an explanation that discusses the clinical decision-making. For even clearer understanding, in most cases the explanation also addresses why the other options are incorrect, as well as stating the Board Testing Point for each entry.
