New this year, participants can take part in both the Thin Mint Challenge—both the 5k and one mile races. During the event, prizes will be given out for best costume, best spirit and largest team. Girl Scouts will be able to complete requirements for certain badges during the event. This event will raise funds to support girl program and adult learning opportunities, as well as provide financial assistance for girls who would otherwise not be able to participate in Girl Scouts.
