Greetings Community,
This week I’ve been working on my T3 homework, including leading my first couple circles. Being the facilitator is a very different experience from being a participant. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m finding it easier than I thought it would be, probably because I’ve absorbed so much authentic relating lingo through working here, but I have plenty of room for improvement. For me T3 is an opportunity to rigorously practice my facilitation skills. I’m pushing my edge of holding a tight container, pausing and redirecting people more often. I plan to come to more Circling Labs to practice. I hope to see you there!

The word Authenticity gets thrown around a lot these days. While it speaks to the heart of what so many people are longing for, it also carries its share of (often annoying) baggage.
What are the pitfalls of emphasizing practices on authenticity?
How many people have a clear understanding of the term?
In his Relational Leadership Summit presentation, Integral Center Course Leader Josh Zemel helps us in this inquiry by sharing his opinions and allergies around how people use the word ‘Authenticity’. Josh then goes on to share his personal stories and inspirations around discovering real connection, and a simple & and useful definition for how to relate to this trendy term.

Where is our comfort zone, and where is our edge? What is the relationship between the balance of these ways of being? Join us for this games night to find our and reveal something new about how you show up in your wisdom, love and power.

A core part of The Integral Center’s “Conscious Nightlife” series, these events are:

– Safe places for taking risks, playing a little more outside the box, and discovering more of ourselves than we might in our everyday lives.

Dzogchen Intensive with Lama Surya Das
