Spring is here! Although we’re looking forward to experiencing the warmer weather, pretty pastels, and gingham print dresses that go hand-in-hand with the coming months, it’s no question that the month of April is the hardest to get through (read: long periods of heavy rain and moody skies). But we’re here to make those drizzling days a bit more bearable with a list of movies, music, and shows to stream on days you’d rather stay inside than venture outside. From soon-to-be-released series and anticipated new albums to box office hit films, check out what to watch and listen to on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu Plus, Spotify, and iTunes.

Donnie Brasco, April 1 (Hulu Plus)
This 1997 crime drama is not only based on a true story, but also stars Hollywood heavyweights Johnny Depp and Al Pacino.

The Liam Neeson-fronted film finds protagonist Bryan Mills accused of a murder he didn’t commit. Will he be able to clear his name?
The Boy Next Door, April 14 (Amazon Prime)
Jennifer Lopez and hot newcomer Ryan Guzman (who’s equal parts sexy and scary in the thriller) team up as forbidden lovers—the only catch: Guzman’s character refuses to end the affair.
The Babadook, April 14 (Netflix)
If a horror flick is what you’re craving, look no further than the Sundance Film Festival hit, The Babadook, which tells the story of a mother and son who are plagued by a sinister presence.

Paddington, April 17 (Amazon Prime)
If family-friendly films are more your cup of tea, consider Paddington, the first live-action adaptation of the beloved children’s book, which stars Nicole Kidman and Sally Hawkins.
They Came Together, April 17 (Netflix)
Taking cues from Harry Met Sally and You’ve Got Mail, this 2014 comedy, starring Paul Rudd and Amy Poehler, hilariously spoof the rom-com genre.

Matt & Kim’s New Glow, April 17 (iTunes, Spotify)
On working with bandmate Kim Schifino on their forthcoming fifth album, Matt Johnson tells Spin, “We went into this album not even thinking we were going to make an album. We went in just thinking, ‘Hey, let’s make songs.'” The vocalist/keyboardist’s favorite song off New Glow? “I’d put ‘Hoodie On’ way up there.”
Alabama Shakes’ Sound & Color, April 20 (iTunes, Spotify)
Following the band’s hit first album, Boys & Girls, Alabama Shakes took an “ambitious” turn with its sophomore LP. “It’s a bit far-out,” lead singer Brittany Howard admits to Rolling Stone. “When it came time to gather all the songs, we thought, ‘What kind of record is this?’ And we said, ‘Very strange.’ But I love it.”
Rocky Votolato’s Hospital Handshakes, April 21 (iTunes)
For his eighth studio album, former Waxwing frontman, Rocky Votolato, returns with his signature acoustic sound, plus a catchy lead single, “The Hereafter,” that’s bound to get stuck in your head.

Marvel’s Daredevil, April 18 (Netflix)
The highly anticipated Netflix-exclusive series follows Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox, Boardwalk Empire), a masked (and blind) vigilante. According to Variety, the new series reflects a “darker, edgier, more mature corner of the Marvel universe.”
Orphan Black: Season 3, April 19 (Amazon Prime)
Catch up with the critically acclaimed series, which garnered SAG and Golden Globe nominations for leading actress Tatiana Maslany, this April when season 3 becomes available on Amazon Prime.
Sons of Anarchy, Season 7, April 25 (Netflix)
