Manish Bazari, Founder at Empronc, has done his Bachelors in Computer Engineering with Masters in Applied Mathematics.His wifeShalini Bazari, Co-FoundedEmpronc, with a Business degree and advance studies in Computing.Both of them with vast and rich work experience of total 20 years, started the company with a small room and just two of them working. Now, the company with its steady and continuous growth has crossed 4 lac end users.
While working on MRP systems, Manish realised that the usage of older technologies were time taking process, so why not build a platform which will allow the employees of company to complete their work with lesser time and with more efficiency. That’s where BAZ took birth.
Constantly Upgrading is the main Challenge
Manish shares his challenging journey as, “I didn’t know how funding could be used for betterment of our product and development. The main challenges were: Hiring and motivating the talent of employees and retaining them with us for longer years. And as IT Industry is most ever changing or upgrading industry, so we need to always keep in mind that our product tookeep maturing with time so that marketers could help us to extend our product. With time and hardwork we have our product and reduced the attrition rate to 17%.
Another challenge was to keep customer excited. Today, we need to change and innovate as per the requirement. We need to concentrate more on our finance, team build and control build. We wantour software BAZ to create strong hold for control on dispending so that we have more subjectivity and high level of governmental compliance in terms of auditibility, interms of sticking with policies for years andthe need of delegation of authorities need to be very well maintained and be flexible enough for control and requirement.”
