Summer is slowly winding down, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of activities to fill those remaining days. Here’s a round-up of some of the food and drink events happening around the Bay Area in the coming weeks.

La Lucha de La Cocina (August 13): Tomorrow, La Cocina and the Mezcalistas will take over Pier 70 for an afternoon of tacos, mezcal and lucha libre. For more info and tickets: lacocinasf.org/la-lucha-de-la-cocina

PokeCon (August 13): No, this isn’t a celebration of Pokemon Go. Tomorrow Mission Bay food truck park and social space, Spark, will host its first celebration of those marinated cubes of fish that have become all the rage. For more info: sparksocialsf.com/events

Gravenstein Apple Fair (August 13-14): Cider, pie, fritters and more apple-centric foods can be had at this celebration of the iconic Sonoma apple hosted by Sonoma County Farm Trails. For more informations: gravensteinapplefair.com.

Eat Drink SF (August 25-28): The Golden Gate Restaurant Association‘s annual celebration of San Francisco’s abundant food and drink will take place once again at Fort Mason. Events will include a taco knockdown, and of course, the grand tasting pavillion. For more information: eatdrink-sf.com.

California Rum Fest (August 26-27): Both educational and delicious, this 2nd annual festival revels in all aspects of distilled sugarcane. Guest speakers will include Martin Cate of Smuggler’s Cove and Ministry of Rum founder Ed Hamilton. For more information: californiarumfestival.com.

San Francisco Craft Spirits Carnival (September 9-10): 100 different craft spirits makers will be found under one roof at SoMa’s Metreon. For more information: craftspiritscarnival.com/event-details.

San Francisco Chinatown Moon Festival (September 10-11): Get your fill of mooncakes, the symbolic culinary treat that honors the Moon Goddess, Chang-Er, at the annual Grant Avenue event. For more information: moonfestival.org.

Ghirardelli Chocolate Festival (September 10-11): Chocoholics can get their fill at the historic chocolate maker’s annual festival. For more information: ghirardelli.com/events/chocolate-festival.

Greek Food Festival (September 16-18): Valencia Street’s Annunciation Cathedral will hold its annual celebration of Greek eats like spanakopita (cheese and spinach pie), souvlaki (grilled meats), melomakarona (honey cookies with walnuts) and more. For more information: sfgreekfestival.com.

Brews on the Bay (September 17): More than 60 different beers from San Francisco breweries will be featured aboard the S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien. For more information: sfbrewersguild.org/events.

SF Cheese Fest (September 17): Two dozen California cheesemakers will show their wares at the second annual festival hosted by the California Artisan Cheese Guild. For more information: sfcheesefest.com.

The Bloody Mary Festival (September 18): A festival made for brunch-loving San Francisco, look for bloody Marys from a dozen local bars and restaurants, including Penrose and Plum Bar, to be served.

Eat Real Fest (September 23-25): The annual craft food festival and fundraiser for Oakland’s Food Craft Institute will be back at Jack London Square. With free admission and all food under $8, it’s a steal for budget-conscious food lovers. For more information: eatrealfest.com.
