Happy Thanksgiving Week friends. Have you taken a moment yet this month to remember all the things you have to be thankful for. One thing we like to do at dinner time is to ask our kids what they were thankful for that day. Obviously we get some funny answers along with the real ones when we do this. A few good ones were covers, paper plates, and parents. Awww…they do love us 
Ok, do you have your fat pants ready? I can’t wait to enjoy all the desserts and carbs on Thanksgiving Day! Believe me, after all this cleansing and working out that I have been doing, I am going to enjoy myself that day. Or just stuff myself silly and then regret it. Either way, I can’t wait
