Today, Austin-based SecureCare Technologies, Inc. has announced the release of the new mobile app version of its secure cloud fax service Sfax. The free app, available on iOS and Android devices, allows its customers to manage their faxes on the go.
Sfax for Mobile allows users to securely send, receive and manage faxes from their iOS (iPod Touch, iPhone 4/4S/5, iPad 1/2/3/4 and iPad Mini) or Android (Phone and Tablet) mobile devices. The new, super easy to use app, works beautifully alongside the online and desktop versions. Sfax is specifically designed to meet the needs of the Healthcare industry. It is HIPAA compliant and leverages the highest levels of security to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information processed.

We launched our third generation of Sfax in March with more features, enterprise-level flexibility and faster performance. Our team has spent the last 5-6 months developing apps for both operating systems – iOS and Android – to make sure the apps would work with the different sizes of both small and large smartphone screens and tablets while seeking to keep many of the great features of the web and desktop versions of Sfax.
The Android and iOS apps are now available to download for free from the Google Play and Apple App Stores, but they are only available for Sfax customers who signed up after March 11, 2013 or have been migrated across to v3.
