Daredevil Biker Rides The Nearly impassable White Line Trail On Sedona’s Red Rock Cliffs
Michael Kollbek has taken extreme biking to a whole new level. Kollbek rode the white line trail on Arizona’s Sedona Red Rock Cliffs.
The trail is a route carved into the rock that is nearly impassable. Kollbek, who is from Poland, made his way daringly across the world’s most dangerous trail literally defying gravity.
Kollbek, 30, told the Huffington Post that it was “one of the scariest things I have done on a bike.”
Kollbek said he heard about the trail years ago, but just now got the opportunity to travel to Arizona to ride it. Before riding the trail on his bike he walked it a couple of times then the slept on the decision whether to ride it or not for a couple of days.
“Conquering this ride was all mental. I was confident with my skills and knew I could execute it. The key was to block the out the scary thoughts about the potential danger, so I just focused on the trail and not on the terrifying space around me,” Kollbeck said.
Before taking to the trail on his bike he walked it one more time, adjusted his tire’s air pressure, raised the bike’s saddle and stiffened up the suspension.
Kollbek has numerous downhill racing titles under his belt and he has performed other extreme stunts, but nothing like the Red Rock Cliffs.

This trail is one for top-level rider only and could have deadly consequences. If a rider is unprepared or doesn’t have the proper equipment the ride could easily turn fatal. Kollbek also stresses that a proper state of mind is necessary as well, reports the Daily Mail.
Kollbek is a three-time Polish downhill champion he has 15 years’ experience riding extreme terrains.
“It’s not for everyone, so I strongly advise inexperienced riders against trying this line.”
Sedona sits coddled in an impossible intersection of breathtaking wilderness and divine luxury. It is filled with an array of resorts, spas, boutiques and wineries.
Sedona sits among the beautiful red rocks and is a famed arts community. It features close to 100 art galleries in the main town. It is also home to the yearly Sedona International Film Festival and the Jazz Festival both of which are held downtown.
Sedona is also famous for drawing in off-roaders, hikers and mountain bikers like Kollbek, though most are nowhere as brave!
