The Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival Zippo Encore Artist Custom Series Program is the first of its kind, with custom lighters featuring unique designs created by the musicians themselves. Participating Mayhem artists include: main stage metal and horror legend Rob Zombie,Zoltan Bathory of triple gold certified Five Finger Death Punch, Brent Hinds and Brann Dailor of main stage band Mastodon, and Robb Flynn of festival stage closers Machine Head. Each of these artists shared their artistic visions by customizing two Zippo Encore lighters which are sold at the Zippo booth on the world’s biggest hard and heavy music touring festival. In addition, Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival artists Jill Janus of Huntress and the band Motionless In White have each customized a lighter for sale at their own merch booths on Mayhem this summer.
“Huntress is thrilled to have a custom Zippo lighter for the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival this summer,” says Jill Janus of Huntress. “I collaborated with Vance Kelly on the artwork and we’re featuring some of the elements from our new album cover for Starbound Beast. Our album came out July 2nd while on tour with Mayhem, so our limited edition Zippo is a wonderful reminder of this magical time. We’re fired up!”

As part of Zippo Encore’s affiliation with the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, one lucky fan won the chance to design the artwork for the official Mayhem Festival Zippo Lighter that is being sold on-site during the festival this summer. The grand-prize winner received two pit tickets to any Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival show of their choosing, the official Mayhem lighter they designed, and an on-camera interview conducted by host Jayme Foxx for www.ZippoEncore.com.
