Exciting news around Hopeless Records! Taking Back Sunday, Bayside, and the UK’s own Neck Deep are now part of the Hopeless Records family! Also, we released Ocean Avenue Acoustic by Yellowcard just last week.

Taking Back Sunday

TBS will be releasing their next full length album in early 2014 on Hopeless Records. They have been working on the album since May with two different producers and have already completed a portion of the record at Rancho Recordo with producer and long-time sound engineer Marc Jacob Hudson (Saves The Day, The Swellers.) They head to Long Island this month to finish up with Mike Sapone (Brand New, O‘Brother) who also worked with them on the Demos for Tell All Your Friends.

Taking Back Sunday will embark on a 23 date tour of US Markets on October 11, following a handful of September one-offs that include supporting Blink-182, making up the missed 2012 TAYF10 shows at Starland Ballroom which was devastated during Hurricane Sandy and a main stage slot at the Chicago stop of Riot Fest.

Bayside

Lead singer Anthony Raneri explains, “In our 13 years as a band we have released records through a bunch of labels and different situations. When we were looking for a label this time around, we really set out to find a label that could be our last label. We wanted to be somewhere that was actually emotionally invested in their bands no matter what the bands potential or situation was. Hopeless really had the family vibe that we were looking for. We have already had friends on the label and we hit it off with the staff on a personal level immediately. It is nice to have a label that feels like a member of your team instead of a third party.”Bayside will perform at the KOI Music Festival in Canada & Riot Fest- Chicago in September. They embark on a tour with Motion City Soundtrack come October.

Neck Deep

Wrexham, UK natives, NECK DEEP have joined Hopeless Records! Formed in 2012, the band is quickly becoming one of the UK’s most exciting and fastest rising names in pop punk with their live shows winning them fans both at home and across the Atlantic!

Yellowcard Ocean Avenue

In celebration of the ten year anniversary of Yellowcard’s classic Ocean Avenue album, we just released Ocean Avenue Acoustic. The album is a full acoustic re-imagining of the 2003 original. The band kicks off their Ocean Avenue Acoustic Tour September 4th.
