I’ve got a visiting teaching idea to share for September! I started out with an apple, for Fall, and for physical strength (An apple a day…). That’s how I’m relating the “powerful” apple to the message of the power of God. The little circles on the apple are supposed to be like fruit stickers, and also correlate to thoughts from the message about how the power of God arms us with power and glory.
If that’s a little convoluted with all the apple business, you could always leave that out, and just discuss using strips of paper. :)
