I used to put in the comments line below a warning to the TJMK/PMF(x2) mods about their exposure to liability. For my efforts there was a lecture on how much I did not understand internet/libel law. That last comment was probably true.
Yet it was the TJMK/PMF(x2) crew who were at risk, and I wondered if the mods there had ever bothered to consult a lawyer. Again, I was told I do not understand things. Ok, fine.
Now via Twitter (so I'm told) Ergon is trying to organize a trip to Rome for the March 25 Cassation ruling, where he says he can get tickets for it! Does Ergon REALLY want to be on Italian soil? Ok, fine.
But TJMK is RUN by 100 lawyers remember?? 
Re the press passes to Cassation....Michael .nut tweeted that Ergon had attended one of the rulings and had acquired a pass so he ( Michael) was looking into how that could be done again. Obviously he consulted Naseer Ahmad/Ergon/manfromatlan about that and was given an earful!! The tweets were deleted post haste!
