Complete Guide How to Verify your PayPal and use to Buy and Sell Online
This tutorial on How to use and verify PayPal in the Philippines for those who do not know how or why to use it specially for those people who message me and request of it.
Verified PayPal account gives you more flexibility to your account as Buyer or Seller online.
So lets get started:
First step go and sign up a Free account here [www.paypal.com]
Then choose Premier Account
You need to fill up your FULL personal INFORMATION in the sign up page
Like Full name, Address, Telephone, Age etc.
Then check your verification email in your inbox [The email ad used upon sign up]
Open that email and confirm by clicking the confirmation message from PayPal
Now log in on PayPal.com.ph
Congratulation now you have LIMITED PayPal account
Steps on Adding Credit or Debit Card on PayPal
Note: On this case I used RCBC MERCURY DRUG-MYWALLET CARD to verify my PayPal Account.
You need a 2 Valid ID's to apply on RCBC Bank

Note: You just need atleast 2 valid ID
You also need to Xerox Copies of your IDs (ex: Student ID / Barangay Clearance)
₱120 for Deposit (the minimum is 50 pesos). You will need ₱120 so that we can use it to verify our PayPal.
Now go and Apply on RCBC BANK nearest you.
Ask the Security Guard that you will get a RCBC MYWALLET CARD and go to the customer service area usually in the right side of the bank.
If the Staff asks you what are your purposes of getting a cash card, tell her that you like to verify your PayPal account.
Fill up the FORM they will give and ready your ID's.
NOTE: Please don't forget the email you will use because that's really important and be sure that it exists..
Wait until they verify your ID's.
Ready your ₱120 for depositing. The Cashier will call your name and you will deposit the ₱120 for your Card.
The Staff will give your card, pin slip and the bonus Card Protector. Congratulation! You can now go home.
How to use RCBC MYWALLET CARD to verify PayPal
Log in to you PayPal account.
Click on Get Verified
Type on your RCBC MYWALLET CARD Full details
Note: Wait about 2-3 Days for the confirmation email which include your PayPal PIN verification code.
RCBC not Email my PIN Code, What to do?
But what if more than 3 days or 7 to 10 days gone by and RCBC not yet email you???
Use this Email to request your RCBC PIN code to verify your PayPal

In 2 to 3 days they will reply to your email like this.
After you received your 4-digit CODE.
Login again to paypal and click GET VERIFIED!
From here you can see that I am not verified and I only got 0.94 dollars on my account. Then enter the Verification Code like on the pic below.
Your $2 (100 Pesos) dollars return to your balance, that have been used for verifying your RCBC MyWallet Visa Card.
Now your PayPal account has VERIFIED! See status above.
You can now enjoy your PayPal Verified Account with RCBC MYWALLET CARD.
