Designer Wardrobe call themselves ‘the pre-loved marketplace’ where they can give people an inspiring, fun and quick and easy experience buying and selling their favourite designer items. This marketplace was created for women who love to buy good quality clothing and see the value and beauty that each item has. They see themselves as a community in New Zealand that gets together to buy, sell and rent second hand designer clothes in a fast and easy way, a place where women can view countless amazing things in their free time and find that perfect outfit for the weekend without spending lots of money (and time) in the process.

At Designer Wardrobe women can ‘shop smart’, buying good quality clothes. They can also rent out that dress that they have worn once, but can’t part with, and they can sell a bunch of old but amazing clothes and then buy new season items. They also have a platform called DW Stores, where there is new content available for purchase from some of New Zealand’s top retail boutiques.

They have also updated their renting, and they have an email about this here.

Similarly, for those who don’t have time to list their pre-loved designer clothes, they can get DW Valet to do it for them, as follows:

1. Send your items to DW.
They’ll send a pre-paid shipping bag - just pop in your items and send it back!
2. DW check your items
Any items that aren't suitable will be returned to you by mail.
3. DW list your items.
Photography, pricing, questions & shipping – DW take care of it all.
4. You get paid
When your items sell, your earnings are instantly credited to your DW Wallet.
People can also get the free DW App for Iphone and Android now.
