My account was suspended AGAIN, because I deleted the ads from my feed before they expired. Although I’ve stopped using the program since my 3rd account suspension, I wanted to share the NEW terms of use from the Ad Per Tweets website for other existing and potential members. I will highlight in bold the rules that I noticed.
Terms of Use
By using our site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. These Terms of Service apply to all users of Ad Per clicks Website If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Site to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion.
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use Ad per clicks.
We also reserve the right at any time to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Ability to Accept Terms of Service
You affirm that you are either more than the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the Ad Per clicks Website is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the Ad Per clicks website.
Limited License; Permitted Uses.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license.
To access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
To use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes.
To print out discrete information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein.
No print out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.
Publishers
In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create a account, every membership is approved on the day of signing, you must provide a valid PayPal email by facilitating Payment of Payouts and solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Ad Per Clicks shall credit your Account with a Payout for each qualifying clicks in accordance with the Advertiser’s Payout rate. The ad chosen must be displayed on your feed until the campaign expires. Ad Per Clicks agrees to pay publishers by Pay Pal within thereby (31) days of the end of each calendar month and shall only pay publisher balances in excess of $50.00.
Publishers also acknowledge and agree to have a valid and public twitter account and post our ads only on twitter, respect the minimum time interval between each url (60 minutes minimum), not post pornographic or offensive message including nudity, violence, sexual acts, hate speech, animal abuse, under age drinking with any URL. You will not send any tweets meant to insult and harm any advertisers on our network. You will verify your account before posting any url to your tweets to validate if the campaign is still active or not on the day of your posting. You will not spam your followers with our ads. Ad Per clicks reserve the right to investigate and/or cancel any account and payout that would appear to be fraudulent and dishonest.
Publishers may occasionally receive e-mails containing information regarding new campaigns, and directives from Ad Per clicks. You represent and warrant that all promotional means used by you will not contain objectionable content (including but not limited to content that is misleading, libellous, defamatory, obscene, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, and/or promoting illegal goods,services or activities), and that you will not mislead your followers.

The Site contain links to other Internet web sites, which is not owned or operated by AD Per Clicks Inc.
Advertiser’s url that you have been accepted to feature on your feed, the Advertiser is granting to you the right to display the Link to the Advertiser’s Web site or Web site content in accordance with the Advertiser’s Program terms for the limited purposes of Promoting the Advertiser’s Program.
Ad Per clicks does not affiliate or relate to such third party web sites or the information contained on such third party web sites. You will need to make your own independent judgment on posting these links to your tweets.

Ad Per Clicks is a registered trademark of AD PER CLICKS INC. Other product and company names mentioned on the site may be trademarks of their respective owners. The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.
The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, is strictly prohibited.
