I am Avishek Banerjee, new to this forum and new to buying property. So seeking advice from members regarding Buying a 2BHK Flat in Pune. I am in Pune for the last 6 years and have been staying on Rent in Hermes Heritage Yerwada and currently in Viman Nagar. I work in an IT company in Aundh. I stay in east Pune as my previous jobs were in these areas. I have recently shifted to the company in Aundh which is now shifting to Bavdhan. So am looking preferably in the western side. But my perspective is living with my family ( Primary ) and not just investment. My budget in arounf 35 to 40 Lakhs and would be going for max loan available. I know that going by the overpriced RE market in Pune this is going to be a hard ask. My primary look out is a liveable area and as I have a car can travel some distance. I am looking at a place where I can put my son to a good school and which is within PMC ( good water supply). I am not going for booking any under construction property.Please advise if and what area I can look at. I have a time frame of April/May 14 in mind for shifting.
