I have dry lips skin condition, which leaves me with dry and chapped lips all year long. No matter how moist the day is or how hot, I would need my lip balm every now and then. And, recently I have been trying different NIVEA lip balm variations and today I am going to review one of them.

My Experience with NIVEA Vitamin Shake Lip Balm with SPF 10:

Packaging: The lip balm comes in a lovely baby pink twist up pen packaging. The packaging is sure very hygienic and useful, also very cute.

Texture & Smell: The texture of this lip balm is very creamy and glides on the lips very nicely. It is not too creamy to create lumps on the lips, it gives a smooth application. One or two swipes of this lip balm covers my lips.
The smell is quite nice as it has strawberry scent in it mostly.

Staying power: It moisturizes my lips instantly and keeps it smooth and moisturized for a long time even after the lip balm is gone by eating or any other reason. I do not need to reapply this lip balm every 4 or 5 hours as it cures chapped or dry lips after regular use. Sometimes, using it once a day or may be skipping a day has never harmed me.

My Take: I really loved the marbled look of this lip balm with red and white or baby pink shade. The best thing in this lip balm is, it is very much hydrating and thus apt for normal to dry lips. Since I have dry lips, I need high moisturizing and long lasting lip balm for my lips. This lip balm serves me well as it moisturizes my lips very well and also keeps my lips balanced in moisture for the longest period without reapplying. For cooler days when the moisture in the air is less, I may need to reapply every 5-6 hours when not eating. It sometimes survive eating session of mine, but not always. The smell is also quite good enough as it has fruity fragrance in it.
I have been using this lip balm for the past month and I like it. Overall, this is a decent lip balm for dry lips or for normal lips in winter days.
