Activities in Indy on Friday, October 21
IWK Piney Acres PLAYdate —6-8:30pm—Fall Fireside PLAYdate! Join us for food, hayride, playzone, corn maze, ghost stories, and more!
Fall Weekend Morning Movies —10am —Goodrich Hamilton 16 in Noblesville will be showing Secret Life of Pets, where members of the Goodrich rewards program get in free (up to 6), and non-members pay only $1!
IMPD & Hubler’s Child Safety and Pumpkin Event — 3-7pm — Free digital fingerprinting, games, face painting, bounce houses, balloon artists, inflatable rock wall, food, martial arts demonstrations, and have a child ID kit made! Oh, and pumpkins. Lotsa pumpkins.
Headless Horseman Nights at Conner Prairie— 6-10pm — Conner “Scarie” is back! Zombie game, spooky wooded trail, headless horseman hayrides, interactive nightly shows and presentations, marionette shows, scary-oke, and sooo much more.
Parke County Covered Bridge Festival —All day —Indiana’s largest festival! Food, antique shops, art, entertainment, Hog Roast, observe apple butter being made, and hundreds of vendors in Mansfield Village!
Twelfth Night at Bard Fest —All day —Shakespeare festival presents Twelfth Night by Garfield Shakespeare Co. Recommended for older kids—ages 12 and up.
Activities in Indy on Saturday, October 22
Heroes and Horrors at Nickel Plates Art District—12-5pm —Visit the Arts District for thisfree gallery of art from comic books to cultural works from Day of the Dead.
Horrors! Sorcerers, Witches, and Madness at Basile Opera Center — 3:30pm —Halloween-themed concert featuring popular opera favorites. Witness opera like you’ve never heard before!
Haunted Hargrave Hall in Ellis Park —7-11pm —Is the old Hargrave Gym haunted? Join Danville Parks and Recreation for a walk through the haunted hall and find out for yourself!
Historic Irvington Halloween Festival — All day — Join the residents of Irvington for their traditional Halloween Festival, with storytelling, ghost tours, masquerade ball, and more!
Activities in Indy on Sunday, October 23
Harvest Festival at Stuckey Farm— 9am-5pm — Free parking, wagon rides, 60 foot slide, barrel train, pedal cars, games, and…pig races. Seriously.
uPaint Halloween —1-3pm — Spooktacular painting fun! Fun painting session to decorate a pumpkin lantern or Frankenstein mug. Reservations required.
Spooktacular, presented by Footlite Musicals —1-4pm — games, costume contest, and festive treats. Free and open to the public.
Trunk or Treat at Pleasant View Orchard —2pm — Pumpkin patch, pumpkin wagon, store, concession stand, and Trunk or Treat! Stay all day for live music and Silly Safari’s at 3:00!
