New Delhi: As the World Medical Association (WMA) elected Dr Ketan Desai, former president of the Medical Council of India (MCI), as its president last month at the general body meet held in Brazil, it has come to the light that Dr Desai had informed the WMA that all the charges against him had been dropped by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
