Complaint related to Product:
1) Cover does not contains mirror pockets on both sides.
2) The cover material is not strong, tough and the stitches are coming out from the cover.
3) The belt of the cover was detached(not attached to the cover) and placed in the packet itself.
4) We requested for Maruti Wagor R car cover but it seems that we were given Maruti 800 car cover since the cover is small and does not fit the car (Maruti Wagon R).
5) Clamp stitches are also coming out from the car cover.
6) The car cover not at all matches the image published on the website.
7) Called customer care 4 times however always busy and when I requested for cal back like 3 times , I did not got the call back from customer care even once.
Request you to send someone to collect the cover and refund our amount paid in lieu of this product else I will go to consumer court and ombudsmen as you have made a fraud against us by providing incorrect information related to product on website.
