A outsourcing company named R.K. DATA services in Assam presents misleading contracts and agreement forms which many people are signing everyday to obtain home based data typing works with a huge amount of joining fees. But this company always shows in its reports, after the submission of the works by the clients that there are many errors in it and so they are denied payment. Also, they only give the reports to us to check if we sign another agreement that we are 100% satisfied with their report. Even after checking their report many of us found that they have changed themselves many of the things to make it wrong but it was originally done correctly by us. Also the parameter for counting errors is a mathematically wrong one. They have different timings for joining, submitting projects and giving reports so no one actually knows if someone actually had received any payment. Everyday many are joining the company like this and we are given a specific time period to complete the huge load of work and denied payment even if we have done 95% of the work correctly. they of course correct the small amount of mistakes and use it for their own profit. Moreover the company only collect the joining fees and never give anyone any money.
