Bangalore: Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd (MDPL), the well-known estate developer of South India, has won the “CNBC AWAAZ Real Estate Awards 2013″ for its property “Mantri Celestia” located in Hyderabad in the Best Mid Segment Residential Project category.
Mantri Celestia in Hyderabad was adjudged the best amongst many others across 12 cities on an expert evaluation by commended real estate research firm Liases Foras based on the principle of “on ground performance” compromising of factors like standard and quality of the project, construction progress and efficiency, customers’ satisfaction as well as scientifically graded features and amenities offered in a project, a press release said.
