With the arrival dates finalised for The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visit to India and Bhutan, preparations are underway to make the journey of the British Royals as comfortable and rememberable as possible. The scheduled dates and plan has already been done for their April 10 to April 16 visit. There is a lot of anticipation f0r the Royal couple’s tour.

William and Kate will be arrive in India on April 10, leaving their kids Prince George and Princess Charlotte behind, to see the sights of India and secretive kingdom of Bhutan. The Royals will be visiting India after their tour of Canada and USA in 2011, Far East in 2012 and Australia and New Zealand in 2014. This is also to be known that few days ago Prince Harry visited Nepal and the authorities made all the arrangements to make the tour rememberable. As the scheduled dates have been announced and preparations are underway, here is all that we all know about their visit till now:

When they are arriving:

The Royals will be arrive on on Sunday April 10 and leave on Saturday April 16. The week-long plan has been scheduled in such a manner that the couple will be back to United Kingdom before Queen’s 90th birthday on April 21. And it is also known that the couple will do everything to celebrate the Princess Charlotte’s first birthday on May 2, along with the family members.

Where they are arriving:
10 April, Mumbai: The couple will arrive at Taj Palace Hotel and will lay a wreath at a memorial to terror victims in Mumbai. The Royals will also meet the hotel staffs who helped the security and administration fighting with terrorists during 2008 attacks. The couple will later visit the Oval Maidan Public park and watch a cricket match. Later in the day they will meet children from slums and also attend a glittering fundraiser with Bollywood stars.

11 April: On the next morning the couple will meet the young entrepreneurs at an event to promote Britain abroad in Mumbai. later on  they will fly for the national capital. After reaching New Delhi, they will lay a wreath at  India Gate war memorial and visit Gandhi Smriti. In the evening the couple will attend a birthday party for The Queen at the residence of the British High Commissioner.

12 April: Though two engagements have been scheduled, nothing relevant has been revealed so far. However, it has been known that the couple will fly to Kaziranga on the same day and meet people. They will be watch dance and music performances arranged specially for them.

13 April: Taking time away from their busy schedule the couple will enjoy the an open air drive around the National Park and meet rangers. Also on the list is their visit to Centre for Wildlife Rehabilitation and Conservation and watch animals including elephants, rhinos and bears. They will also visit Kaziranga Discovery Centre which was built by the charity founded by Mark Shand, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall’s late brother.

14 April:  After their 4-day visit and stay in India, the couple will visit Bhutan and will get a ceremonial welcome. Later in the day they will be travelling to Buddhist monastery Thimpu Dzong in Thimphu and will participate in a traditional welcome procession. Taking the opportunity, the Royals will visit Thimphu’s open-air archery venue.

15 April: After a day long rest, the couple will hike for up to six hours to Paro Taktsang, the Tiger’s Nest monastery. later in the day they will attend a reception for British nationals in Bhutan.

16 April: Concluding their journey to a remember able experience, the Royal couple will visit the seventh wonder of the world —The Taj Mahal. It is also been confirmed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will Lunch for the Royal couple on April 12.
