Jolly LLB 2 has had a great start and with each passing day its collection is just growing strongly. Akshay Kumar’s film which is a mix of humour and some serious drama has been well received by celebs, critics and fans. Directed by Subhash Kapoor, this one is a sequel to the 2013 released film ‘Jolly LLB’ but with a change in the star cast. Now that Akki is part of the film, it is obvious that there would be fun quotient. The courtroom drama which ran into troubles much before its release, has minted collected more than Rs. 50 crore.

The opening weekend of ‘Jolly LLB 2’ has seen terrific response. On the day of the release (February 10), the film minted Rs. 13.20 crore. On the second day (February 11) it collected Rs. 17.31 crore and yesterday (February 12) which was day three, the Akshay Kumar starrer collected Rs. 19.95 crore. The total amount that the film has collected until now is Rs. 50.46 crore reports trade expert Taran Adarsh. Not just that, if you have noticed the film has shown constant growth, there is been no drop in its collection over the last three days. Now what we all have to watch  is will manage to do such good business even during the weekday.

Critics have applauded the performance of Akshay Kumar and antagonist Annu Kapoor. The latter played the role of rival lawyer in the film. Arshad Warsi who played lead role in ‘Jolly LLB’ tweeted, “Brand @akshaykumar does it again, you just can’t take your eyes off him,he is funny & fabulous. Thoroughly enjoyed #JollyLLB2 & the new Jolly,” after watching the film in a special screening.
