Job Responsibilities:

- Work closely with localization project manager to support him/her to assure project success

- Understand product specifications and identify possible pitfalls in localization

-Maintain technical environments for reproducing issues for troubleshooting

-File and report internationalization/localization bugs across projects

-You have hands-on linguistic QA testing for Dutch

-You have experience with verification testing

-Provide feedback regarding cultural appropriateness for Netherlands

-Cross-reference QA findings across multiple languages as needed

Required Job Qualifications:

-You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English as well

-4+ years of experience in linguistic quality assurance for testing internet applications

-In-depth knowledge of internationalization and localization

-You possess an excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain passionate about a project.

-Experience in a team-oriented, deadline-driven production environment

Preferable Job Qualifications:

-You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are dedicated about working with others, including communicating with vendors and linguists

-Demonstrate a deep understanding of the localization industry and its technologies

-Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking system

-Experience with Smartling or similar localization tools

-Bachelor degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, related technical degree or equivalent work experience
