This week’s Fives comes to you from Portuguese Victoria’s Secret/Sports Illustrated Swimsuit stunner Sara Sampaio. Burgers aside, Sara has excellent taste in restaurants and karaoke. Glad to see we’re not the only ones who indulge in Late Night Pizza. If only we looked as good as she did the night after a late night slice of Artichoke.

Sing Sing Karaoke in Koreatown (81 Avenue A.) – “I’m a huge fan of karaoke, go every chance I can and this is my favorite place in the whole city! It’s so much fun, and they have one of the best song selection lists of all the karaoke venues I’ve visited so far.”
Small Plates
Toro (85 10th Ave.) – “Toro is one of my absolute favorite tapas restaurants in NYC. The menu is designed for sharing a bunch of dishes, the portions are all small, the food is incredibly fresh, and the ambiance is super young and fun.”
Lunch
Gemma (335 Bowery) – “I love Italian food, and the pizza from Gemma’s wood-fired oven is to die for. For me, there is nothing better than being able to sit outside when the weather gets warmer, have a leisurely lunch with friends and enjoy all the city has to offer.”
Late Night Eats
Artichoke Pizza (114 10th Ave.) – “For anyone that knows me, I LOVE me some pizza and as a pizza lover, this place nails it. It’s located right next to some of the best clubs in NYC, and is pretty much open all night. There’s nothing better than grabbing a hot slice of their signature thick slices with creamy artichoke topping on the way home – yummy!”
Unique Dining Experience
Yakiniku (218 E 9th St.) – “This Korean BBQ restaurant is amazing – it’s hibachi style and you get to cook your own meat and vegetables. I love dining experiences where I get to be involved in the cooking.”
