This is a Christmas card I made for my parents. It’s watercolour on watercolour paper + coloured pencils and ink. Size is about A5 (21 x 14,8 cm).
The bird is a Eurasian Bullfinch, one of the cutest birds we have if you ask me. Especially the males with their bright red chests. During the summer they live deep in the forest and you hardly see them at all, but in the winter you can sometimes spot them around the birdfeeders in people’s gardens.
