Fellow #OOTD addicts, doesn't everyday feel like a fashion show?
If you share the same sentiments, you probably also agree that Orchard Road has always felt like a runway for us to strut our stuff on. :P
Well, now more so than ever as Orchard Road was transformed into a real-life high fashion catwalk last weekend for the annual Fashion Steps Out Runway Show.
Do you know it is also one of Singapore's largest and longest outdoor fashion shows? Yup. It's pretty much like a fashion parade.
Every year, the fashion event celebrates the Spring/Summer fashion season with local and international brands and this year's line up included FOX Kids & Baby, Raffles Privato, SEAN & SHEILA, Thomas Wee, UNIQLO LifeWear, PHANTACi (Psst! Jay Chou's clothing line) and many more.
I must say, last weekend's runway show was executed in the most spectacular way starting with an extravagant pre-show reception catered by PAUL, then a 550m long runway graced by more than 180 models and performers during the fashion show itself. Talk about a grand affair!
Why I'm not surprised is because this year's Fashion Steps Out event was managed by renowned fashion aficionado, Daniel Boey who graciously lent his expertise as a show producer for the curtain raiser and main event. With his vast experience in the fashion industry, you bet he had loads to bring to the table.

Not only did we get to savour luxurious champagne and hors d’œuvre by internationally renowned French bakery and patisserie PAUL, we also got to preview and test out key sponsor, Samsung's latest digital products. Woo hoo!
And of course, nothing beats meeting like-minded fashion comrades and forging new friendships with some very inspiring online personalities.
