There was actually a small hiccup during the shipping process where the courier company Aramex failed to deliver my item due to "incorrect delivery address provided". I was pretty frustrated as I've checked and affirmed that the address I provided was correct. I contacted SmartBuyGlasses for help and they were very prompt in addressing the problem and got it sorted out within a few days. While waiting for my parcel to arrive, I received a couple of emails from SmartBuyGlasses apologizing for the delay.
