By making SSS online, members can easily view their monthly premiums, loan balances, Employment history and their static information anytime anywhere if internet connection available and (if SSS website is not offline).

What’s This?

With the availability of Social Security System (SSS) website, all members can now check their monthly contributions online. By making SSS online, members can easily view their monthly premiums, loan balances, Employment history and their static information anytime anywhere if internet connection available and (if SSS website is not offline)

While this is good news to the members, most of them still prefer to visit the nearest SSS service office to inquire about their SSS account due to lack of knowledge how to use this new system. To make it easy to all, I decided to prepare this simple step by step tutorial how to check the SSS Contributions Online. I make it simple and easy to understand by providing screenshot in every step so that everyone can follow.

Step by Step Instructions How to View or Check SSS Contributions Online

Please note that while making these instructions, I assume that you’re still not registered on SSS website, but, if you have already your SSS online account please proceed to Step 2.

Step 1: Register for SSS Online

To view your SSS contributions online, you are required to register on SSS website. In order to register you’ll need the following beside you, your SSS Number, latest SSS payment receipt, Email address and of course your personal info. Now if you have all the requirements, proceed to number 1.

1.  Go to SSS Website (www.sss.gov.ph) or click this link

2.  On the right side of the screen, click the button with the label “Click here” under Not yet registered in My.SSS? (See screenshot) and make sure that you are in Member section not Employer.



3.Fill out the SSS online member registration form with all the correct details. Make sure that you can open the email address you provide in this form. Enter the verification code below and double check again all the entries before clicking submit.



4. When you click submit, a small verification window will popup, click “Ok” to confirm.

5. Now, it seems that nothing happens, no need to click submit again, go to the email that you provide and look for “SSS Website Email Validation”.

6. Open the email then click the link inside to proceed the registration. If you encounter a problem while opening the link, you can copy the link and open it using a different browser like Mozilla.

7. Add the required information in the SSS online member registration form and make sure that you are providing the correct information. You can use the following info in you are Self-employed, Voluntary member, OFW, Househelper, and Non-working spouse:

If mode of payment is OTC or over-the-counter at SSS branch, type the 8-digit following the T# (eg: T#15000052)

If you are paying at the bank, type the 6-digit SBR No. (Special Bank Receipt No.)

If you’re paying through SM Bayad Center, Remittance Center or I-Remit, Western Union, type the 6-digit OTC Validation Number

If you’re paying SSS by ADA (Auto-debit Arrangement) type 6 zeros (000000) in the SBR No./OTC box    If Employed, ask your employer for SS employer ID, select employed then enter the SS Employer ID in the space provided.

8. Double check everything and don’t forget to accept the Terms and Condition by ticking the checkbox beside it then click “Submit” button.

9. If no errors in your form after you hit the submit button, a confirmation will appear informing you that you have successfully submitted your registration application to SSS for validation. Something like this.

Congratulations! You’ve now successfully registered your SSS account online, all you have to do is wait for the email from SSS containing your username and password.

Step 2: Check SSS Contribution Online

To check your SSS contribution and other SSS inquiry, including loan balances, Employment history, etc. online.You will need to login using your username and password provided by SSS when you register in Step 1. Please note that SSS password will expire every 90 days or three months so make sure to update your it regularly.  Ok, to check your contribution follow the instructions below.

1. Go to SSS Website (www.sss.gov.ph)

2. Login as a member not employer using your username and password

3. And that’s it, Member Inquiry page will appear where you can check everything in your account. Just navigate the menu bar highlighted in the screenshot.

Now if you finished checking your SSS account online, don’t forget to logout before closing your browser, especially if you’re using a public computer like in an internet cafe, this is your personal identity, everything about you is included in your SSS account don’t risk it.
