Electromechanical Engineer
A telecom company based in Dubai is currently looking for a Electromechanical Engineer , SAQ knowledge is a plus , Arabic native language is a must : –
Perform site survey, engineering and site survey report as required.
- Perform site construction assessment, error correction and site acceptance according to project quality process and as built quantity reporting.
- Ensure compatibility of site electro and mechanical elements and equipment. – Support trainee engineers to develop their electro and mechanical engineering skills. – A bachelor degree in electro and mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Safety and health certificate.
– Working experience 02-03 year’s dealing with electro and mechanical engineering. – Coordinate with all departments involved for SAQ process the suitability and availability of the pre-selected sites. – Perform site/landlord visits, negotiate, agree initial and permanent site leases, and ensure lease agreement obligations, reporting and all in compliance with project implementation plans. – Prepare all relevant documentation and legal clearance for the site to ensure obtaining approval and NOC documents from authorities and property owners. – Obtain approval and NOC documents from authorities and property owners for the sites and report as required. – Arrange payment for all related fees and administer for reimbursement from Customer/Vendor. – Coordinate temporary and permanent availability of commercial power supply.
