Job description
What's the job (Your Responsibilities)?:
Build deep understanding of User needs from research, analytics data and market & competitive analysis
Distill the above learnings into product vision & strategy
Build the product road map with both long term and short term goals clearly defined. Author product requirement documents
Own the entire Product Management life cycle from product flow to wire frame, to rapid prototype, through all testing phases (alpha, beta) to the success of the final version
Play the anchor role to drive the process from idea to reality; ensure stakeholder buy-in, communicate project status, resolve issues, and meet deadlines for high quality product outcome
Devise an effective go to market plan. Work closely with executive, marketing and development teams to plan and execute product releases
Managing the release process and participate in development, quality assurance and the maintenance process of the product
Desired Skills and Experience
Who should apply (Our Requirements)?:
You are passionate about building kickass products (as demonstrated by something awesome you've built before.)
You love technology and are exicted by what it can achieve
Intuitive understanding of basic design principles, good UI/UX
Deep empathy for users and their problems
Outstanding communication skills both written & oral
Strong Attention to detail, ability to prioritize & be relentlessly resourceful
Ability to build teams, motivate them and lead innovation
Ability to work in a startup, meaning: Ability to work unsupervised, take responsibility & go beyond your formal job responsibilites
Experience: 1+ year(s) as Product Manager (or similar roles) & 4+ for Sr Product Manager role
Education: Graduates/Post-graduates from Tier 1 Institutes preferred
We love startups. Any prior experience building or working in a startup is a huge plus
Prior experience in the trenches - as a developer/designer or a marketing geek is a bonus
