**Job Summary:**

Provides operational support across iHeartMedia Local Sales and Support teams, working closely with the SVP of Sales Operations, Executive Management team and Local BU leads\.

+ **General Responsibilities**

- Directly supports the SVP, Sales Operations team
- Proactively provides consulting at the business unit\-level
- Contributes to the development of best practices for company
- Proactively identifies and builds process improvements
- Interfaces with business, finance & sales leads, as well as the Salesforce development team and IT teams to aid in all sales operations activities

+ **Salesforce related Responsibilities \(Note: Salesforce training will be provided to applicant upon hiring if needed\):**

- Define reports and dashboards in Salesforce and interpret the data to aid in strategic decision making
- Work with sales/support teams to understand their workflows and how to best integrate salesforce
- Work with iHeartMedia’s Salesforce development team to define development requirements, confirm successful implementation and ensure timely delivery
- Track Salesforce usage compliance across the local team
- Answer basic Salesforce process related questions from sales/support teams

+ **Sales Process related Responsibilities:**

- Define documentation of each team’s sales process
- Define training documents for all sales processes and systems
- Assist with definition and maintenance of the Local’s team’s onboarding process

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCES**

+ 10\-15 years plus of progressive experience in Sales Operations or Sales Finance in a business\-to\-business sales environment
+ Experience with Salesforce\.com and other CRM tools
