This role will be a key partner to the editorial, video and social teams, providing the insights and feedback necessary to optimize our content across all platforms\.We need an innovative, solutions\-driven digital professional with a proven track record of driving traffic and engagement utilizing both organic and paid strategies\. The ideal candidate will have 6\-8 years of audience development experience working at a major online publisher\. The position reports to the EVP & GM, Content Development & Distribution\.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee audience development strategies to increase traffic to iHeartMedia properties and engagement with iHeartMedia\-produced digital content across iHeartMedia owned & operated platforms and beyond\.
+ Work closely with Business Intelligence & Insights teams to develop KPIs, establish regular reporting and deliver actionable data across all platforms\.
+ Partner with Entertainment and Editorial teams to optimize editorial & video programming concepts based on key trends and actionable audience metrics\.
+ Institute best practices for content optimization on YouTube, Facebook and other 3rd party platforms to drive views and overall traffic\.
+ Determine correct mix of organic and paid strategies to support branded content efforts\.
+ Constant evaluation of new social/digital platforms, marketing services and ad products; maintaining up\-to\-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
Requirements:
+ 6\-8 years relevant experience in Digital Publishing and digital audience development\.
+ Extensive experience working with third party platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & etc
+ Experience working with content amplification partners such as Zergnet, parse\.ly & etc
+ Strong understanding of video trends, updates, and best practices\.
+ Experience building relationships with relevant media publishers and social media influencers in the music and entertainment industry\.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills\.
