**Job Summary:**

This position will lead and collaborate on the ideation and development of strategic marketing campaigns and sales packages leveraging iHeartMedia’s live events and venues as an effective tool and solution for brands

**Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and write integrated marketing proposals \(radio, events, digital, social\) for clients with specific interests in live events; must have deep understanding on how leveraging both media and sponsorship assets can work together to drive success for brands
+ Collaborate with sales, programming and production teams in developing creative marketing campaigns and effective multi\-platform solutions for brands around iHeartRadio's owned and operated national live events and venues in addition to developing custom events for brands to achieve specific client objectives
+ Thoroughly vet creative programs and ideas with internal departments and stakeholders for input and approvals on proposed marketing campaigns to ensure ideas are executable and effectively aligned with media plan
+ Support event sales and marketing teams to develop engaging sales resources, identify unique event inventory and create off\-the\-shelf packages around new events, third party event partnerships and/or new assets, franchises and products within events portfolio
+ Strategically advise internally and externally on best practices, solutions and campaign recommendations for clients based on expertise in live events, experiential promotions, media \(i\.e\. on\-air, social, digital\) and on\-site executions that achieve specific results for brand partners
+ Participates with research team and liaises with activation to team to identify and recap campaign effectiveness
+ Works with experiential marketing vendors and production companies to develop new and innovative activation opportunities for brands on\-site at events
+ Research and maintain knowledge of competitive programs, live entertainment properties, innovative brand partnerships and integrations in the marketplace

**Qualifications:**

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically PPT, and visual design
+ Must demonstrate highly effective writing and visual presentation skills
+ In\-depth knowledge of live events, entertainment marketing and sponsorships
+ Up\-to\-date knowledge of experiential event marketing trends and strategies
+ Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
+ High work standards and degree of attention to detail
+ Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making skills
+ Excellent communication with the ability to negotiate and convince and sell
+ High degree of stress tolerance; ability to work and thrive in a fast\-paced, rapidly changing work environment; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others

**Work Experience:**

+ Relevant experience in event marketing, event activation, client solutions, entertainment marketing partnerships, experiential marketing, or marketing partnerships
+ 5\+ years' experience in a similar role, e\.g\., pitching, crafting, and executing event sponsorships via account management, activation, sales and/or marketing

**Education:**

+ 4\-year college degree, preferably in Communications, Advertising or Marketing
