This video shows you how to make a moist banana bread recipe that wheat-free and is sure to please your entire family!

5 Minute Banana Bread – Wheat-free diet recipe

3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 cup butter or low-fat margarine, melted

1 egg, beaten

¾ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 ½ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour + 1 ½ tablespoons xanthan gum or 1 ½ cups Brown Rice Flour Blend

Using a wooden spoon, mix bananas and melted butter in a large bowl. Stir in egg, sugar, and vanilla until well mixed. Mix in baking soda and salt. Add flour and mix until combined- do not over mix. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool in pan for at least 1 hour before removing to a rack to cool completely.
