2017 is set to be a big year for Star Wars. Not only will it see the release of Rian Johnson's Star Wars: The Last Jedi, but it will mark 20 years since the Special Edition landed in theatres and 40 years since the first Star Wars film was released back in the summer of 1977.

Not surprisingly, Hasbro is planning on releasing some pretty sweet Star Wars goodies to celebrate the milestone and now, thanks to Gizmodo, we have a first look at what's to come.

In celebration of the band's 40th anniversary, Hasbro is releasing a new range of 3.75" Black Series figurines and a new version of Star Wars Monopoly. The Titanium Series is also making a comeback in 2017 with a selection of five 3.75" static figurines based off of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader.

The figurines will also feature accessories like FX pieces for their weapons, as well as their own special backdrops. The backdrops include two different inserts, a backdrop from the movies, and also character art that can be connected to other Titanium series figure stands to complete the scene.

Each will be priced at $15.

The 40th anniversary edition of Star Wars Monopoly will retail for $30 and will include new tokens based off of A New Hope - including Luke’s X-Wing helmet, his sandspeeder, a Stormtrooper helmet, R2-D2, the Death Star, and the Millennium Falcon—as well as a newly designed board featuring classic Star Wars poster art and scenes from the original movie.

Later this year, Hasbro will also release the 6" Star Wars Centerpiece line. Similar to the Unleashed line of the early 2000's, these will be static figurines of characters in dynamic poses on special stands, made to look like recreations of key moments from films across the saga.

Priced at $50, the line will kick off with a new version of Luke in his X-Wing flight suit. The display bases will include light and sound effects to make each figurine even more of a display piece.

Also hitting retailers in 2017 will be a new assortment of Black Series Lightsaber props. The new wave will feature a new version of Obi-Wan Kenobi’s own lightsaber with a light-up, metal hilt and the requisite sound effects. Look for it to set you back $180.

Like we said, 2017 is set to be a big year for Star Wars.
