Beware of the following important notification from Bacs regarding the circulation of fake emails that attempt to mimic automated report notifications from the Payment Services website.
The emails are NOT official Bacs communications and should be deleted immediately.
The emails contain an attachment which is loaded with a virus – DO NOT OPEN.
Official Bacs emails will NOT have an attachment, only a web link. Also, they will be clearly identifiable because they WILL have your Service User Number showing in the subject line.
