Minto Communities presents eight new models in Verona — Sun City Center’s last remaining new neighborhood
Minto’s Solana single-family model is 2,557 square feet under air and includes three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, family, living and dining rooms, study, covered lanai and three car garage.
Minto Communities is presenting eight new fully-furnished models in the last remaining new neighborhood ever to be built within historic Sun City Center near Tampa. Four luxury single-family models and four luxury paired villa models now are open for viewing. Verona features a private gated entrance, resort-style pool, and selection of six villa floor plans and nine single-family home floor plans from Minto.
Fully furnished single-family home models include the Laguna, Palisade, Montecito and Solana. Single-family homes range in size from 1,683 square feet under air to 2,557 square feet under air, and are priced from the low $200s. Distinctive Minto design features include bright, open living areas, designer kitchens and generously sized master suites and master baths with spacious his and her closets. Minto is known for including many premium features in their award-winning homes such as wood cabinets, granite countertops in kitchens and baths, tray ceilings, tile floors, full GE appliance package and much more.
Fully furnished villa models include the Palm, Magnolia, Banyan and Buttonwood. Villas range in size from 1,503 square feet under air to 1,862 square feet under air, and are priced from the $180s. Two and three bedroom floor plans are available. All have open, great room designs, covered, screened lanais and two-car garages.
Minto’s Solana single-family model features a gourmet kitchen that opens to a large family room and café.

According to Bullock, “When a developer uses CDDs, the cost of infrastructure improvements is passed on to the residents. This fee shows up on the tax bill with average annual assessments ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 per year up to a maximum of 30 years. Minto didn’t want to burden our residents with this.”
Minto’s Palisade single-family model master bedroom features coffered ceilings, bay windows, his and her walk-in closets and luxurious master bath.
