Last weekend we had the time to finally finish and put together Enea's new bedroom, that is happily using this space since then ..and he loves it!

We are very pleased about the wall divider, the room is still very bright and Enea's space has a good size, considering that now is mostly used just to sleep.
So, ready for a proper tour? Relax and enjoy {all the brands and items at the end of the post}.
The general plan of the room changed a bit from the first idea, and I'm sure it will change again in the next future, according to Enea's growth.
He'll have different needs and the room will follow them. About the furnitures, I tried to keep it simple using just basic elements, mostly coming from his old room.
The bed is still the same, because I like it too much to change it! I love the shape, the fact that you can use it for years and I think we're going to buy another one for Ambo when it will be time.
The wall has been painted using the color of the year Denim drift, a color that I find very relaxing and perfect for the atmosphere I was looking for.
The main inspiration {I don't want to say "theme" because is much more about the "feeling"} is based on the moon, the stars and the cosmos in general. I painted and decorated the little portion above the bed with our zodiac signs and the main constellations.
In the lower corner, I placed a soft reading corner, using the same mattress that once was in the living room {yes, I keep everything!!}. It's really inviting and when I'll be not pregnant anymore and able again to move like a normal person, I'll sit there with him for the bedtime story {that now we read on the more comfortable bench}.
The dresser {actually this piece should have a dedicated post!} has been painted using a black chalk board paint, so Enea will be free to draw and have fun with it {for now, I did!} . I love this strong and bold accent!
And I'm very happy because I had the chance to use the light blue shelves that once were in the kitchen {I told you I keep everything!}.
Well, I hope you liked the room tour, I certainly had a lot of fun decorating and styling the room and Enea's face and repeated "Wows!" payed me back from all the work!

Lo scorso fine settimana abbiamo finalmente avuto tempo di terminare e mettere insieme la nuova camera da letto di Enea, che la sta felicemente usando da allora..e la adora!

Siamo molto soddisfatti della parete divisoria, la stanza è ancora molto luminosa e lo spazio di Enea ha una buona dimensione, considerato che comunque lo usa principalmente solo per dormire.
Sono quindi felice di mostrarvi un tour completo {tutti i brand e gli oggetti sono descritti qui sopra}.
Il piano generale della stanza è cambiato un po' dall'idea iniziale, e sono sicura che cambierà di nuovo nel prossimo futuro, in base alla crescita di Enea.
Avrà esigenze diverse e la stanza si adatterà a questi cambiamenti. Per quanto riguarda i mobili, ho cercato di mantenere un layout abbastanza semplice, utilizzando elementi di base per lo più provenienti dalla sua vecchia stanza.
Il letto è sempre lo stesso, è veramente bellissimo e lo userà ancora per molto tempo! Mi piace la forma, il fatto che si può utilizzare per anni e penso che probabilmente ne compreremo uno identico per Ambo quando verrà il momento.
Il muro è stato dipinto con il colore dell'anno Denim drift di Flexa, un colore che trovo molto rilassante e perfetto per l'atmosfera che cercavo.
L'ispirazione principale {non voglio dire "tema", perché si tratta più che altro di una "sensazione"} è basata sulla luna, le stelle e il cosmo in generale. Ho dipinto e decorato la piccola porzione sopra il letto con i nostri segni zodiacali e le principali costellazioni.
Nell'angolo più basso della mansarda ho predisposto un angolo lettura morbido, utilizzando lo stesso materasso che era una volta era in soggiorno {ebbene sì, conservo tutto!!}. È davvero invitante e quando non sarò più incinta e in grado di muovermi di nuovo come una persona normale, mi sederò lì con lui per la storia della buonanotte {che ora leggiamo sulla più comoda panchetta}.
Il cassettone {in realtà questo pezzo dovrebbe avere un post dedicato!} è stato dipinto con una vernice lavagna nera, così Enea sarà libero di disegnare e di divertirsi con i gessetti {per queste foto ci ho pensato io!}. Mi piace moltissimo questo accento forte e inaspettato!
E sono molto contenta perché ho avuto la possibilità di utilizzare le mensole azzurre che una volta erano in cucina {l'ho detto che tengo tutto!}.
Spero che il tour vi sia piaciuto, io mi sono davvero divertita un sacco a decorare e fare lo styling della stanza e il visetto felice di Enea e i ripetuti "Wow!" mi hanno ripagato di tutto il lavoro fatto!
