These days if you have Cydia installed or a jailbreaked iphone you are glad because there isn’t yet available jailbreak for iOS 8.2, jailbreak iOS 8.3 and iOS 8.4 Jailbreak. You, my fellow can do lots of things with cydia and there is no reason to update your iOS version prior to the jailbreak release for iOS 8.1.3/8.2/8.3 and even iOS 8.4(no released yet).
