IcanGWP Review: If you have tried and love Peter Thomas Roth Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel from Sephora Birthday Gift 2015, you will likely like this one as well. It is a rose scent gel cleanser. It smells fantastic (not syntactic for me). You only need a bit because it leathers really well and produces a lot of foam. This cleanser contains AHA and that is good for skin turnover (but mild enough for me). I don’t feel dryness or skin tightening. This product is great if you want to try AHA cleanser but don’t want to buy a full-sized product. It is very well thought of people who curated this Sephora Favorites. I will enjoy using this product throughout this Spring (season appropriate). It may dry out skin too much in winter. If you have sensitive eyes, I would recommend to avoid that area. The average review is 4.2. People really love using it with Clarisonic. Also, it seems to be liked by people who fighting acne problems.

IcanGWP Review: It is a re-purchase product so I can tell you my personal experience. I was lucky to be able to splurge on it. At first, I was curious and wanted to see if I feel better than cheaper products that would be just as effective. This is not an ordinary serum and I will tell you why I think so.
The ingredients are top notches: 19 amino acids (YES, you get what you pay), 5 peptides, 3 collagens, hyaluronic acid and more. No color, fragrance or alcohol. Anyone 25 and up reading this? There are tons of research studies confirmed that these ingredients will “contribute” in new collagen building process. It has watery and not greasy texture. It took time but I have obvious glow that only me noticed it but also people around me. So I will keep purchasing this product, highly recommend!

IcanGWP Review: I tested out the Sheer transformation brightening moisturizer before in this post: Unboxing & Mini-review Sephora MIXITUP 12pc sample bag (DEC 2015). It is indeed very sheer and has no smell. For those who usually not getting along well with AHA, you may give this product a try. This product is a very nice and gentle AHA + Vitamin C product to begin with. There are over 1700 reviews on Sephora and people like this set so much.

IcanGWP Review: Average review is 4.5. I rarely try any product from Boscia. I am excited to try this product. If you love beauty oil and wonder what Camellia oil could do for you, you can give product a try. It has very light floral scent and it is surprisingly lightweight. This oil absorbs very well and doesn’t leave shine on my skin – just enough dewy look. I agree with most reviewer that it is odd that this oil doesn’t cause any breakout compared to normal oil.

L’Occitane Pivoine Sublime Skin Perfecting Cream | Full size $42

IcanGWP Review: Average review is 4.8! That’s the highest rank in this set. You either love it and can’t live without it or don’t like its scent. This flowery fragrance cream has very beautiful packaging. Its texture & color is like strawberry yogurt! It seems light but once applied it is very hydrating with zero shine.

IcanGWP Review: This eye cream texture is like a beige fluffy whipping cream. I have to warm it a bit so that it will absorb better. It brightens my eyes (contains mica). This eye cream would be a great option for normal to dry skin (not sensitive because it contains some fragrance). Finding your right eye cream can be quite pricey, I am happy Sephora includes an eye cream in this set. This sample alone costs as much as the entire kit. The average review is 4.2. Only flaw is that people really don’t like the pump that comes with the full size bottle.

IcanGWP review: I am glad Sephora includes Tata Harper in the kit. Two thumps up for Tata Harper for giving us this toner. It is so rare for any brand to offer toner sample. It is house in a spray bottle. This product is a multi-tasking: toner and hydrating mist. I shake it well and spray it on cotton pad and then apply to my face after face wash. Very refreshing. Average review is 4. Low score comes from its smell. Some people love it and some people think it smell horrible. For me, it smells like a mix of witch hazel, floral and lavender.

Many reviewers leave it overnight and love it.
What I thought?
I purchased this Sephora Favorites right the way. I have combination skin. I think that it is a great set for spring not too heavy or light products. Great for transition from winter to summer. I always want to try Boscia and Tata Harper skincare too. I use these products for 6 days and no breakouts, no peel, no extra shine at all. I cannot tell if my skin is improving is such a short period of time but it is promising. I am impressed with the glowing skin I am getting from this kit. You can get it for $32.3 with 15% off coupon or $34.2 with 10% off coupon. For a $100 worth of skincare, this Sephora Favorites Power of the Petal is a good option if you want to try famous brands skincare! If you are using any product in this set regularly, you can stock up travel size at this great price too.
